This end-user warranty is provided by LaptopGears.com to the original purchaser of our products and is not transferable. The warranty period ends one year from the date of the purchase of the original product unless otherwise specifically noted in the product description. Our warranty is solely for the purpose of repairing or replacing product purchased from LaptopGears.com. At its discretion, LaptopGears.com shall refund, repair, or replace product which is deemed defective by LaptopGears.com.

THE WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
